Definitely a left of field find.Struggling to find somewhere to eat we drove through this village and saw Buerestiebel at the centre. Plenty of parking around the back, a little dark inside and kind of old looking.Amazing menu... Including Gazelle, Zebra, Crocodile and Antelope. A real mouth watering experience for my meat eating fellows, but a little struggle for vegey me.WE missed out on the Tartes Flambees as they had only just lit the over and they told is it takes about five hours to get hot enough to cook. But we were told that they were fantastic.They were also very knowledgeable about the local area and recommended sites that only got a passing mention in our guide book, but deserved...
Die Speisen waren mittelmäßig lieblos angerichtet. Die Bedienung (offensichtlich die Chefin) war in alter Jogginghose und schmuddeligem T-Shirt bekleidet. Das schöne Gebäude war im Inneren mit sehr viel kitschigen unpassenden Gegenständen dekoriert.Der Koch machte andauernd eine Zigarettenpause vor der Tür. Ich kenne das Buerestiebel von früher und war sehr enttäuscht diese Entwicklung zu sehen
Je suis allée manger dans ce restaurant et j'ai été enchantant par le choix de la carte ét par le professionnalisme du chef. Vous pourrez déguster les plats authentiques alsaciens mais également des viandes exotiques tel que le crocodile, le kangourou, la gazelle ét l'autruche!Très bon moment, beaucoup de convivialité, ét très bon plats dans l'assiette! De très rares déclinaison de viandes comme le croco et autre cadre traditionnelle plus trop au goût du jour, accueil sympa mais sans plus, un peu de présentation plus soignée serait la bien venu, bien mangé quant même. Book a table now
Très bon restaurant dans un cadre alsacien traditionnel. Les plats sont très bons, service rapide, accueil sympathique.La carte variée avec croco et autres viandes exotiques et des plats plus traditionnels.
Dans un cadre alsacien génial, nous avons dégusté les plats alsaciens, et d'autres spécialités étrangères délicieuses. Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois, toujours avec le même plaisir.
Freundlicher Empfang, gute Speisen, exotisches Fleisch. ..Für uns immer gerne eine Reise von 50km wert, um uns in freundlicher Ambiente kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen.
