We were very happy to see the burgers, unfortunately we were disappointed! The burgers were absolutely sweet prepared, a mini Kleks sauce and a torn piece of salad. The Pommes were stubborn! When we waited this long, the boss told her she was pampered and unfriendly. We returned the food for 30€. Many tables are supposedly reserved, but are kept free as the staff is overwhelmed. Better get a handmade pizza on the indoor playground. (very friendly and delicious pizza).
Great ambience and very friendly staff. The food is unfortunately only trimmed on average and on fast throughput. Unfortunately. Due to the great ambience and the general situation, prices are reasonably high. Grapos's soft drinks? Not necessarily everyone's taste. Too bad if not enough staff is available and which has to take up a service power next to order and make cashiers also drinks. This upsets the guests and the poor employee can't do anything.
One star because the burgers have tasted. But if you have to sit in a virtually empty place from to get food 40min, that's rather poor. If we go back to the western city, we'd rather try the barbeque or the Yukon on top. So much is the seat with ambience then not worth it, I found the price/performance ratio at least somewhat oblique.

No service, staff is overloaded at noon! Plates are removed, guests are neglected!! We went to the next place Hoping we are served!
Not taken into account after more than half an hour, I went back. I can't tell employees I can't contact any employee.
Very nice operation, price performance super, had three burgers and pommes that were very good. Happy again
