Disappointed by Buffalo it has changed well compared to 10 years ago I join other comments regarding the ratio of the meat plate very little fried and not even a little salad on the plate the years of fried fish bathed in oil and the child meal so little fried on the plate the note concerns that the meal because for what is the staff nothing to say

Meals of the most disappointing, it had been a long time since I had not come to the Buffalo de Carvin, and I would no longer put my feet back there, nothing was, cold dishes, no good, small meat, cold vegetable, the staff drops the sauce on the clothes of my spouse, big trace of fat. Inadmissible, I've never been received like this in a Buffalo.

always faithful, among my favorite restaurants, an excellent reception, we celebrated as usual. a smile, a good dish we need more in these complicated times. I love it.
