Very bad experience at Buffalo this Saturday evening: 50 minutes to place the order and have the drink after going to the counter to take the order because no one came, 1 hour for food, despite the arrivals in 5 minutes. I ordered a stabbing tin, the meat came cold and blue, full of nerves, it hurts her for a meat restaurant... All this without the restaurant being crowded. only positive point: the wine served generously is not bad. Meat or punctuality lovers, go your way

Service more than deplorable, staff was not friendly. The food was poor for the price, the meat was warm and not at all tender. The wine and the rosé was hot.. And the nail of the show, a waitress overturned the dishes she got off our table on our coats. A mistake is coming and it's okay. But when we don't apologize and we're even told: the coats are on the coat racks I find it unacceptable.

Yet accustomed to the chain, I am disappointed with this restaurant. Some of the flagship products were missing: pop beard and apple in the oven. The staff was barely friendly and forced to claim 3 times dessert from a menu. My 8-year-old son who didn't have his famous beard at Dad's, couldn't have been surprised, because there was no more.

I have already gone back considering all the negative comments I get on the spot I say good night to a blonde employee who taps on a screen throws me a look and then continue typing it is called disrespect I'm turning half I'd rather give my money to respectful people Book a table now

Nice surprise for a first in the chain. Reasonable waiting time, delicious burger (a little more fries would have been a plus), but above all, super nice waitress, smile

I spent a great evening with my wife in this great restaurant, impressed by the quality of the food, the waiters were pleasant and reactive. We had a very nice evening.
