Got to the restaurant just before 3pm. Sat down and ordered our drinks then our meals. We ordered starters and main courses and then the waiter said that all the food would be brought to the table all at once as the kitchens were closing....We then cancelled our starters and just had the main course, along with a bottle of wine and a couple of beers. We all ordered steaks with side sauces, one arrived without, so asked for the sauce, along with some ketchup. 3 times we asked for the sauce and ketchup. Once the sauce arrived, they asked us what we wanted for dessert as they were closing and having a private party for kids. We had only just started our main course! They should have informed us...
very disappointed, the benches are down and so I couldn't appreciate the moment. However, I often have lunch in the restaurants of this chain. I usually love the variety of menus and the comfort of their small spaces except there!
family meals, casual welcome as I like, good meals for everything (2 adults, 3 children). the menus are well adapted and the buen dishes are garnished. correct addition for a meal where we were all satisfied
Reasonable food Terrible service. My first and last visit for sure, waited ages for the wrong food. Spent most of my time looking at the new KFC that was being built over the road wishing I had gone there!

restaurant chain unsurprising welcome for me rib plate and nothing else I treat each time friendly staff a flat ptit for the price of desserts quite expensive

nothing to say about the reception but about the meal, a little expensive for the quality to our average taste. We'll be back when we do.
average quality of plates and some slightly costly with fries to review as well as cocktails but staff deserves a 10 out of 10
