arrived after 10:00 I had no choice. It's been over seven years since I had eaten in this chain. I must say I prefer small restaurants. I'm asking to be inside and I'm offered a first place. I ask another because it's pretty loud; No way we closed areas. I order the assortment of meat and 1/4 Californian rosé, bof not worth the 5.5 eur. meat is cooked as requested but there are large traces of previous cooking (see photo) astonishing for u n e chain or the only advantage is that everything should be mastered. a note also that the finger rinse is against the meat hoping that cook and waitress have their own hands (photo) tells me of my remarks noise and traces burned the coffee m was offered....
We've been rushed by the waiter who doesn't even look at us and unpleasing his thing without us understanding it. Drop the glasses! we wanted to eat with family and finally our teenager was served 45 minutes before us and our last 5 years. we haven't eaten together ... the ado menu is equal to the child menu for almost double price . and don't talk about our plates ! Meat is not cooked. plate probably warmed to the micro wave considering the state of the green salad!!!!!!!!! has strongly advised !!!!!!!!!!

After 30 minutes waiting for my dessert I left without taking this dessert. the waiter instead of making a commercial discount and apologizing for this waiting, informs me that I’m not entitled to a discount, may see that I’m not taking my dessert I no longer benefit from the offer menu and presents me a note 16€ instead of 14,90€. truly lamentable and more I have to pass as an undelicate client as I do them by my discontent

misplaced restaurant, noisy. On the table side, forced to redo the two salads, it was cooked! the person responsible was desolate and released the story that it was because of the supplier however the other two salads were nickel. We took a bottle of rosé. open and laid in the ice seal, it was hot but hot! We had ice cream and we were told that summer it was hard to get fresh wine. finally really disappointed
our little ritual during the holidays, 2 meals at buffalo this week of vacation. coming all the years, I want to specify a nice coup of nine that will have done the greatest good, otherwise nice service, 2 waitress in the week in the small care for the customer. beef rib and delicious tin, respect for cooking. brief delighted, I recommend and I will come back.
Cowboy restaurant in the famous chain, the plate is correct and our friendly strong waitress. However, one can only deplore the condition of the restaurant, shredded glasses, torn siege. Too bad there is such a lack of maintenance of furniture.
