"It must be almost a quarter of a century since I last ate in Buffalo Grill with my son and his cousins who were big fans. My recent visit to the outlet in Lormont impressed me very much and I am happy to say that it was much better than I remembered."

Having travelled through the night/morning from the UK to arrive in Bordeaux mid afternoon it was a question of quick sleep, wash brush up find somewhere for an early dinner! We selected the Buffalo Grill as had used the chain before and knew what to expect. While our French is limited we got by with a very pleasant waitress (Lauryne) who made every effort to help language wise, along with speedy service. The menu selection is similar to Macdonald's but with bells whistles. Ate for three of us with drinks , two courses each with coffee €84.00 . One can eat for a lot less!

Have been going to this chain of restaurants for many years. Realise that inflation and competition are two very major concerns for any enterprise today but am disappointed by the drop in quality of the meals served. Before you could be certain of being served a lovely succulent piece of beef, today however as well as the quantity being minimised they have reduced the quality of the meat served in my opinion. Have to admit that I would hesitate visiting one of these restaurants in the future which is a pity

We were staying at the hotel next door and only wanting a simple dinner, thought this looked like an okay option. Tasteless, dried out, overpriced, got order wrong, so my vegetables came after we finished eating, only boiled vegetables, not ideal. The water they served with the meal stank of chemicals and tasted bad. The staff were nice though and the only redeeming feature.

Stayed in the hotel next door and there weren’t many other choices. Seriously bad food. And the place smelled like they never changed their frying oil. The service was weird. They were friendly but I had to get up to go and find the waitress every single time we wanted anything. The decor, the music, the smell, the food, all just grim.
