Comme d'habitude dans un Buffalo pas de surprise quoi que celui ci sert un carpaccio meilleur que ses concurrents de la même chaîne. .. moi gras et moin huileux , bref de tt façon chez Buffalo rare sont les fois où on peut être bluffée par un plat et ce n'est pas le type de restaurant pour l'être ! Ceci dis j'ai quand même une remarque pour le gérant ou le responsable de salle je ne sais pas qui est concerné mais enfin. Attendre presque 45 min pour un carpaccio c'est quand même long ! Et la je m'avance car je connais mon métier qui est le même que le votre ! Quand c'est trop c'est trop ! Quand un service bloqué pck on est pas capable de gérer le monde , on accepte pas de gens en plus ! Alors...
Visited Buffalo Grill for a quick dinner after a trip to Le Mans with friends last weekend. I am so disappointed we did. This was quite possibly the worst experience in a restaurant I (and the rest of my party) have ever experienced.We waited 30 minutes for a table (not a problem as it was busy).However, once seated, it took 15 minutes to take a drinks order - then the drinks took a further 15 minutes to arrive.We ordered a few starters and they came after a small wait. The staff did not clean up the starter plates and they were still on our table after we had finished eating.They had hardly any steaks left on the menu. Buffalo est une chaîne très présente depuis beaucoup d'années en France et pourtant je n'ai jamais été aussi déçue d'un buffalo : manque de motivation pour nous placer à table et également pour prendre notre commande, il a fallu aller chercher le serveur...pourtant il n'y avait pas foule et il était 20h... le chili était tiède / froid, il n'y avait plus de pomme de terre donc on a eu : des frites molles à la soupe à la grimace après 45 min d'attente. On se demande encore comment ils gardent la franchise...
We were in this restaurant two times, first wisit was good, second bad. OK, is normal, that stuff is not understanding other language then france (mean no international words). In time of our secon wisit thwy completely exchange our order, nothing nice. Steaks was not prepare well three was order as MEDIUM one as REAR, result two wel, well done two well done. You can use this restaurant in case of emergency.

Dit restaurant heeft dringend een nieuwe kok nodig, wij bestelden een menu waaronder een steak, deze van mijn man was bijna rondom verkoold en had bijgevolg dan ook een verbrande smaak, deze van mij had ik à point gevraagd en ik kreeg een bien cuit heb ik uiteraard terug gegeven en één terug gehad met de juiste gaarheid, maar heb uiteraard ook de buitenkant mogen wegsnijden wegens verkoold.
This is a chain restaurant in France. Food is of good quality with a small salad and bread as complimentary starters. Main was steak (was okay, however choice in cooking was medium or well done).Main sized salad is very large and is much more than spring garden mix.Dessert was heavenly, as France is very good for dessert items.
je suis allez avec mes collegues de motorsport le soire du 19 juin 2017. On a bien mangz et la serveuse Aurore etait delicieuse vraiment. Simpatique e disponible. bien bien bien. Excusez-moi pour mon francais... je suis italien!!!!
Après mon dernier passage j'ai été mécontents j'ai retenté ce soir l accueil a changé cela à été une bonne soirée par contre je trouve les côtes de bœuf trop petite mon avis perso sinon pour résumer ça à changer j'y retournerai.

Positives: Staff are friendly. Food is poor. My steak was cold and exceptionally tough. Complained but food was merely reheated. I feel badly burned. Would have been better at McDonald's across the road...
