we used to go to the buffalo of bourgoin, but have not returned there for a few days, because of a quality decrease. We still wanted to test the hunter, and that is the same conclusion: very disappointing. We took a rumsteak paved at 17 euros (I think) and a piece with 3 peppers that I forgot the title, I ask the paved to point and this one came ridiculously small and completely grilled on the two sides (with clearly the taste of a burnt piece on the grill), completely bleeding inside and warm, almost cold. very disappointed by this restaurant while usually with this chain the quality is rather at the rendezvous.At our arrival we were suprised to see an empty restaurant of staff. So we waited for someone to welcome us. later the service is rather not bad given that there is a lack of staff. but it remains a long service. On the other hand, cooking level is not acceptable I took a double carpaccio. meat slices are of poor quality and the quantity is limited. One of my two plates was full of water and oil. Positive the staff is kind and makes its maximum.
arrived at 7:30 pm in order to eat tot because we had a 2 year old child with us, waiting 40 minutes before taking our order. Served with the bad sauces, we ask the waitress the good sauces but we never had them.Viande served cold I took the steak marinated barbecue sauce I had a steak nature I signaled it to the waitress who tells me that the steaks arrive already marinated, yes unless it changes that the one I had was nature.Bef I do not recommend this restaurant late if you are on hunt later we are gone.
We went back to this restaurant around 5:00 to eat an ice cream. We waited almost 10 minutes before we saw someone. this person told us that it was closed (sic ).!I insisted and another employee was called. He took our order and returned another 10 minutes later. with tiny ice creams. has the limit of ridicule. Compared to that, the price is not rikiki! That's good. No, no, no, no, no.

Thought to eat well in a buffalo, we left disappointed and angry. Green salad fletcher not to say more, dry fries as if cooked several times, chicken of the caesar salad doesn't seem to be the first day. We ended up cracking and left after 25 minutes waiting for desserts. We had a word of apology from the lips without further consideration. We will not go back and advise to avoid it.
super we were 6 and 6 satisfied we are here for a religious gathering and we decided to eat at the buffalo super efficient and nice waitress the dishes were good we will return it is on.
very good atmosphere the staff discreet and courteous. the meals were very good and the legumes to choose are volonte. The kids have little gifts and they're happy.
the buffalo is new generation and human size. The waitress has been pleasant and all implemented to satisfy our demands. The quality of the correct dishes.
