We have been to Buffalo Grill twice now and it is ok but the staff have always been on the surly side every time we have been. The first time I had the chicken wings and frites which was lovely and this time I had something from the Menu Sheriff. In fact everyone on this occasion had the menu sheriff. It was 14 euros 90 and you could choose a main course, desert and drink (including beer and wine) from the choices.We all had the steak which was nicely cooked but not the best steak I have had while in France. The pudding was obviously a pre bought one but overall the meal was quite nice.I would probably go again but there are nicer places in Le Pontet to eat.
On my recent visit to buffalo grill in Avignon, where I have visited on several occasions, I was very disappointed. The service I received was very poor, first of all I was offered no water with the meal, secondly when the food was served both mine and my hubby's order of Fish and chips and macaroni cheese with chicken were both cold !! We were so tired after shopping we left the restaurant without complaining. We were both deeply disappointed with the service a we regularly visit buffalo grill and have never had service like this before.

The staff were very helpful attentive and welcoming. The food was standard chain restaurant fare on an american theme but was tasty and filling. This restaurant is never going to win any awards for its food but we left satisfied and that's what matters.

we stopped close and thought that was fine. Decor comes from the 80s (real dated) and so was eating. many fried things I had a very average steak, average frying and a big lump overcooked tasteless greed. noisy. children in the restaurant and people there with their dogs. for the price we paid, it was a waste. the personal was friendly.
Eaten in Buffalo grill a tee times while traveling through France. It is good basic food which is good quality and child friendly. They always have a play area allowing parents to enjoy a drink after dinner while kids play in a safe play area which you can easily see.

We had the sheriff menu at €15 which was a bargain for the quality of the food . Steak was very good and the deal included food. Staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend the place.

Curiosity made me order the tex-mex steak tartare. Never again! (It actually wasn't terrible, but it was so ugly smeared with guacamole with dried fried onions dumped on top.)
