We had a very short walk to this Buffalo Grill from our 'overnighter' hotel so decided to give it a go. The place was packed but we were greeted warmly and seated and served surprisingly promptly. The seating was comfortable and though the table was very small, it was big enough for the two of us. Our waitress was 'flat out like a lizard drinking' with such a crowd but she took the time to make sure that we understood the menu deals completely. We went for a menu which gave us a steak meal, a dessert and a drink. All were perfectly acceptable. The steak was surprisingly tasty, the salad was fresh and the chips were hot and crisp. After reading other reviews of this restaurant it seemed a good choice to eat as it was very close to the Ace hotel where were staying overnight in Issoire.When we arrived at 8.00 there was a long queue waiting for a table, a good sign possibly. Luckily the wait was short as was the time to deliver our order. Unluckily our food was poor. My wife's chicken was dry and my rack of ribs was barely warm. After reheating they were barely hot enough to eat. All very disappointing.Although the staff were attentive we couldn't believe the French clientele would queue for such a poor dining experience.
Joes Steak was very very fatty gristly and inedible mostly bone seeing as this was a new dish to the menu they should think again!! When mentioning this the waitress said it was not her fault it was the kitchen 19 euro for bone and cold veg just not worth a visit,. Joe ordered desert still hungry, just been told desert was free no apology just admission of guilt
This Buffalo Grill is excellent for a tasty, convenient and well served meal at a fair price. We were staying at The nearby Ace Hotel and it was just what we wanted. I had a really delicious steak and much better than expected. The bar is well stocked and the combination of the Ace Hotel and the Buffalo Grill makes this a top choice when transiting this area.

Smiling waitresses, a warm welcome and good food. What more does one need after a long ride to the south. The huge Italian salad was very tasty and so was the quesadillas/hamburger menu. The hamburgermeat was definitely unique. We even could order it rare, medium or well done. We'll certainly go back to a Buffalo Grill where ever we see one.
Had burgers and fries with a carafe of rose. Salad is served with all orders so enjoyed that before the great burgers. Knocked off ome star due to being seated literally next to two other people with only partial divider. Service was adaquate. Food good!
Good value for money with friendly waiters. We went on Saturday early afternoon when it was busy but still had speedy service. Nice to walk around the lake which is located nearby after the meal.
We ate here while we stayed at the Ace Hotel next door. We chose a set menu and was very pleasantly suprised at the quality and value of this meal. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

good restaurant, nice welcome. good quality meat, cooking very well. very pleasant moment in family, with games room planned for children, which is very appreciable. A very good family meal.
Standard Buffalo grill, good for a quick meal after a long day's drive. Wouldn't go there for a special occasion but always reliable with well trained staff.
