Really everything we had ordered was already cold when served. Waitress was in an extreme hurry. Fries were not crispy at all. Ordered meat to be 'A point ' , but was still raw. No more Buffalo Grill for me as earlier experience at Le Pontet was also a disappointment. This company is economising too much and can no longer provide a basic acceptable meal. Furthermore, complaints were not taken seriously.
Nightmare, 2 hours to be served, food was forgotten for me, and the mojito I took was only Rhum and mint... I don't recommend.
Service was sadly awful Big confusion with orders Manager seems out of touch with reality Under staff for sure
it's a great restaurant, I went there to my birthday and it was amazing! 5 stars of 5!
