Nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant le 1/7/17. Accueil sympathique, petite salade d'arrivée classique puis le début du calvaire...1 h 30 d'attente entre la commande et l'arrivée des burgers! Interpellée par nos soins, la manager nous indique qu'il y a du retard en cuisine; ben tiens, quelle perspicacité! Des clients venus avec des enfants menacent de s'en aller. Quand les plats arrivent, le pain brioché d'un des burgers était tellement cuit qu'il était impossible à manger. Avant de prendre un dessert, nous demandons si l'attente sera à nouveau la même. La serveuse nous dit que non et nous amène rapidement les commandes; seulement la glace au caramel se révèle être au café. Bref quand ça veut...
We arrived late in the day tired and hungry and didn't really have a lot of choices of where we were in Macon, so chose the buffalo Grill. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table not because they didn't have a table but because the kitchen were absolutely rushed off their feet and they were working so hard in there (we could see them through their window). It was definitely worth the wait, out waitor was great, polite, friendly and efficient, we had burgers, steak and the ribs and they all came out piping hot, cooked perfectly and really really delicious. Kinderen worden goed ontvangen, placemat met puzzels en een knuffeltje bij binnenkomst. Eten was prima, steak, hamburgers, Menu's met verschillende combinaties Grote zaak (niet vol) en toch lieten ze ons heel krap zitten bij de bestelcomputer (1 van ons zat 1/2 op de looppad)We kregen vlees op de gril en die was wel aan de zwarte kant (3 hoofdgerechten)(Op zich goed vlees als het niet aangebrand was)
One of the great things about Buffalo Grill are that the standards of service and food seem to be the same throughout. However the welcome salad on this occasion was not fresh. It was poor.
