This was our first and last experience of Buffalo Grill. We ordered online well over €100 of takeaway food, for collection at 9pm. When we arrived there was no obvious place to collect takeaways, nor any helpful signage. We apologetically pushed past a long queue of people waiting for tables in the restaurant and looked for a member of staff to help us. The staff were all running around (literally in some cases) trying to keep up a frantic pace of work in the restaurant. We felt sorry for the waiting staff who were clearly overworked and under resourced but nevertheless asked one of them if she could help us but she was not interested in takeaways. Habitués de la chaîne pour nos étapes de vacances (3à4x/an), grosse déception cette fois-ci. Le serveur Cowboy Romaric se permet un humour déplacé, déplorable et très lourd ! La commande est précipitée. Les accompagnements sont reservis avec un commentaire mettant le client mal à l 'aise. Avons observé d 'autres remarques similaires aux tables voisines avec qui nous avons pu échanger quelques mots à ce sujet. La viande (côte de bœuf bleue) reste tout à fait qualitative mais avec un serveur qui ferait mieux de revoir son service ! L ' Irish coffee reste cependant qualitatif et bien servi.
Went there on our night stay heading South. Only remarkable thing was the lovely waitress.3 out of 4 burguers were completely burnt, not just over done, but unhealthy black. I did not run out because the kids were starving, otherwise I would have left with the food untouched.
Bravo for the improvement of the dishes, we had not come for about a year. we loved the quality of the dishes and are attractive prices! also calls to your servers that are in small care for their customers. We had a very nice young man tonight! See you soon!
