We then waited until 8.55 before the food finally arrived, although it looked like it had been sitting on the side for the previous 15 minutes. The fries were cold and the ribs and steaks were simply dried up, Luke warm and frankly appalling. The service was pretty poor although the only positive was that the waiter seemed like a decent guy, it was just that he was running around with so much to do that he simply didn't have the time to deliver a decent service. here on the 22nd august, on the 13th birthday of my grandson. After I used this chain in very frankly at numerous locations, I was confident of a pleasant evening, and once again they were not disappointed. excellent service, our waiter was even happy to put up with my. venerable franzosen! the food was plentiful and cooked as we had asked, and ended with a plate chocolate cake complete with candle for my enkel, while it played over the restaurant speakers “ Happy Birthday”. buffalo grill is not “fine dining”, but for a good Tex sex in a pleasant environment I did not find better. in short, they do what they do very well.
Buffalo Grill has good food accompanied by great prices. The service is great and the waiters try to help even though their English isn't great. Their special menus consisting of a steak+fries+drink+dessert is excellent value for money.
