Big Herb and his queen visited this restaurant for the first time last weekend, and we both ordered burgers that were absolutely fantastic! The service and ambiance were excellent. We decided to return today, and our server, Jennie (on 04/24/2022 at 11:35, Table 210/1), was exceptional. She did a wonderful job and had a fantastic personality. The queen got a burger, while I opted for chicken tenders with a side of Carolina Reaper sauce to embrace the spicy challenge. I finished my sauce and all the sides. I'm not sure who was working tonight, but it was an interesting experience! I placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, there was a guy there who seemed a bit off—I'm guessing he was sent to pick something up too. My order was ready when I got there, which was great. On my way out, the woman at the door followed me to my truck, keeping an eye on things since the guy had walked through the parking lot. I appreciate her vigilance; it’s always comforting to feel safe. Thank you!
Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return. The wings were tasty, and our waitress did an excellent job of managing our needs, making sure we had everything we wanted. The food arrived quickly, despite the busy atmosphere, and the restaurant was clean. However, the ultimate nachos were a bit underwhelming for $11, especially since they were advertised as a special item from their "mountain" menu.
Service has been much better since improving mobile pick-up experience. For this reason alone, I will increase the rating from 3 to 4. The food itself is mediocre. Paints Homestyle Love.
