I was here with my family earlier. It's a rainy Monday night, so I expected it to be pretty empty. The service was fine the waiter was pretty attentive and checked in on us from time to time. However, the food was straight up nasty! We ordered the nachos (with an extra charge for the chicken) but they were super sparse and dry. There were hardly any toppings or sauces it was just plain tortilla chips with some onions and tomatoes scattered about. We also had the 10 piece boneless wings in mango habanero and the jerk sauce. The breading was hard, the wings were room temperature, and the chicken itself wasn't tender. Sauces were ok, but they probably came from a bottle so there was some qualit...
Honestly pretty terrible experience. Our waiter was just not attentive and mildly clueless. We sat there without service for a while, and kind of refused to check in on us when walking by when our drinks were empty. Onto the food, I order dry rub wings that were not tossed in the rub. It was a plate of wings with just a ton of powder dropped on so one side had no seasoning and the rest was caked on. The wedges were so overcooked and instead of shredded cheese they nuked on Kraft singles until it was crisp. These were literally not edible.
I went for dinning multiple times i never had any issues. But to go always messed, even if paid extra charge for sauce they never give me sauce until i ask them. Went for dinner on a Sunday night and there was a small 15 minute wait. Once seated we were greeted by our server quickly. Our server was very attentive and the restaurant looked clean. Our food was really good and saucy! Overall a good experience andwill be back.

In any case, they clearly don't understand what "wet" means. Despite my explicit request for extra wet, that's not what I received. The service was disappointing and hopeless. I am completely let down.
Cool place Drink menu had tons of choices. Lots of tvs and bar area. Food was good . Service was pretty much standard. Will be back to try other things .
