Horrible customer service by wait staff. Nobody present to greet customers walking in. Waited before male staff member said to sit anywhere. Waited another while for the waitress to come by and introduce herself and then saying, I 'll be your server today, unless you want someone else, in a sarcastic tone. Waited over half an hour for our order, while 3 tables who were seated after us ordered and got their food first. I was almost 20 minutes late back at work. There were a total of 5 to 6 tables during lunchtime, so the place was nowhere near full to justify such slow and impersonal service. This alone would keep us from returning, which is bad for the restaurant because the food is usually...
The service was decent but they kept making a mistake, we got to the point where we wanted to leave but we were hungry to drive around to go somewhere else. They tried their best to solve the problem but it felt uncomfortable. The food was good, the wings are good, tasty and they are fulfilling that you will have enough to take back home and have as a meal. Do not try the black lemonade or whatever is called, it is a weird flavor i could not take the taste out of my mouth. I do like this franchise, but I would just probably try a different location
we have winged because on Tuesday evening we buy his order and get a free one. we have honey bbq and traditional buffalo wings, but medium heat. my son always order the honey bbq, a little sweet for my taste, but good. I was not in the mood for serious heat, but I still wanted the tang that comes with the traditional sauce. I really like that they have a lot of sauces to choose from. I had the spicy garlic, but I really didn't get a garlic punch I was looking for. I also tried the Asian zing, really good and sharp. I'll try a burger one day.
visited on Tuesday night. space was not too packed. they can sit where they want and social distancing is not enforced. Oh, good. the food was good. ordered traditional and boneless wings. the side of the fries was plentiful and enough. our server was very attentive and made great recommendations so that always is a plus. only that is, I think they have a 2 for 1 special on wing every Tuesday, but that was not offered. not sure if there is a promo fashion in the valley, but I would have liked to save money. lol

Was not to impressed with the food this time. Service was even worse. Not sure if she was the only server, but she only came to our table twice. Once to take our order and secondly to leave us the bill. Sweet tea was on the spot. My son said his strawberry lemonade was good also. He frequents this location quite a bit so he was surprised with the service and the food being below average. Hopefully it was just a day off.
Food was great Wings Burger wedges with fries were awesome the service waitress that attended us sucked! she forgot to give us Ranch forgot to give us refills and forgot to bring me a drink that I ordered I had to ask another waitress who brought me Ranch faster than she did it also took her three times to bring the correct drink She also asked us if we wanted a refill at the very end when we were done eating.
Server on bar side did a great job and was on top of things. For some reason I never feel like the cheese melts on the wedges. Had the tenders and feel they are heavily breaded. Will say the mango habanero sauce definitely has a real hot spice to it. Only come back because wife likes their boneless hot wings other than that Im not a fan.
Not a fan, boneless wings were eh and they said they usually get complaints about them so I'm not sure why it's not fixed. Service was ok and this location was out of a lot of things so that kinda sucked. Not bad but I wouldn't want to come here again.

overall they know what to expect when they come to bww. the wings are amazing and the atmosphere is quite awesome. it was a little strange during the pandemic, but overall the experience was legit. I love bww and would come back definitiw. enjoy!
