As soon as we entered, we got seated in the bar area with a baby, 30 minutes passed, all the waiters have made eye contact with us, no one has come to ask if we would like to place an order. I asked a waiter to see who 's in charge of these tables? He stopped without looking at me and said, You have to wait and give us time. We will be right with you. This place is always understaffed and has overworked employees. I dont see management helping them either. If you can 't keep up with the customers, why not just close this place down?. Please clean the ceiling pipes and the back of the Televisions
I remember why I don't go here. They got one plate wrong and the other there was barely any chicken in the wrap. We asked 4 waiters for ranch and that was a mission to get. Asked the waiter for some chips to keep my toddler busy until the food came and was told we would have to buy the chips and queso. Wasn't going to to that. They deducted money for the wrong order but by the end of the meal I was done and just wanted to leave.
I still do not understand why if there are so many empty tables and there is only us waiting it took 40 minutes to be seated and that happened until we have asked the host twice if there was any available table. Based on all reviews there sure is management issues. Wake and act upon the solution or your biz will hit a point of no return. Unfortunately they have blocked the ability to share pics.... The food and the drinks were good but the service was terrible. Our waitress Kelly was very rude, she gave my friend attitude when she asked about our checks because we were both paying separately. Kelly also took a long time to give us our checks after we asked for them. Kelly walked by our table quite a few times when she had our checks already.

I recently visited this location for the first time and was quite disappointed by the very slow service. Both our drinks and food took a long time to arrive, and when the food finally came, it was cold. The waitress hardly checked on us and never offered to refill our drinks or inquire if we needed anything else. I certainly won't be coming back.
If there’s something BWW is consistent with is their horrible customer service, but this one? It takes the cake. Didn’t get greeted by a server until 10 min after being seated, didn’t get drinks taken for another 10 min. Food drinks took forever to come out and everything was cold. Definitely never returning here.
This restaurant asks customers to scan a QR code to pay by card and tip directly, which feels a bit like a scam. I'm not even sure if that's legal in California! Additionally, it took more than an hour for our food to arrive, which definitely was not worth the wait. I would suggest steering clear of this place!
Order the buffalo chicken salad WITH NO BLUE CHEESE AND watching the 49ers game I didn't pay attention to my salad and i put my ranch on the salad and I COULD TASTE THE BLU CHEESE. So I sent back. The buffalo chicken WASN'T done all the way. Not happy with the food this MORNING SO EAT B4 YOU GET HERE PEOPLE.
