I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Cypress for the first time in many years. I had avoided visiting the location due to a negative experience at the Rosenberg branch in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional taste, top-notch service, and inviting atmosphere at the Cypress location. The food was fantastic! We started with queso and chips as an appetizer, followed by wings and other dishes for our main course. Everything was delicious and served hot. However, the service was a bit slow, and unfortunately, some of the staff had a bad attitude, particularly the hostess. It’s part of her job to maintain a positive demeanor, and a smile goes a long way. It shouldn't be too difficult!
Update: Went in again, randomly got Shelby again as our waitress, and again stellar service. By far the best service we’ve ever gotten at this location Overall service was great, food and drinks were punctual, and the food was incredible as always. Really loved our server Shelby, wish we could have her every time
We dined at the restaurant around 7 PM. It wasn't very busy, but there was a brief wait to be seated. We opted to sit in the bar area to avoid the wait. We ordered two orders of the 10-piece wings. The wings were perfectly cooked, but the sauces were just average. However, the service from Makayla was excellent.

I had a great experience dining there. The wings are incredibly delicious! For my first order, I tried the cauliflower bread, which had a fantastic taste and was wonderfully crunchy and crispy. The service was also very pleasant!
The kitchen staff should get their eyes tested. When I opened the box, it looked like one of the wings was going to fly away with all the feathers.
