Best experience we?ve ever had at BWW. We had Tim as our server and I?m assuming he was a manager because he showed the best leadership I?ve seen in a restaurant since before COVID began. He gave us AMAZING service and on top of taking care of us when it clearly wasn?t his job, he was helping the entire team with their tables and making sure they had everything they needed. Watching true leadership was a breath of fresh air. The place was clearly understaffed, but instead of making us wait, he dropped what he was doing and took care of us. We?ve been here several times and never left a review until now. Both of us came from the restaurant world and if we could give Tim 10 stars, we would. Ha...
no stars. service was not great. at a weekend how will they become short staff and 2 cooks only? the communication between the workers was terrible. and we were not recommended, there was an hour advice. waited an hour and was said to wait another 30 minutes. we said, after leaving the gelding for the beer no longer. we have still accused ourselves of eating that we have never received. our server did their best, but should?t have to run and serve cash. Never seen a manager. we would have known we had decided to go. what went from an amazing day, travel to kc, spend time with friends, great competition to it absolutely destroyed the whole mood and mood through going into this facility.
the waitress we had the last two times was great! She was sweet and made sure our order was right! when we had set ourselves, it was terrible that people were totally drunk and loud and rude. they either worked there or knew who did that because they went to the drink station. they always served them alcoholic drinks after I was asked to be moved because they were where drunk and drunk and loud.
we love the place, but eating now comes cold and takes forever. the last few times that we need it forever to get a place. they had a table in the building on the other day with 14 people in it. the lady said I have to put you on a waiting list as I'm the only one. we will never return to buffalo wild wings at this place.
