I love coming here but the staff is something, we had a group of 5 and the hostess asked angie if she could seat us in her section and she said “No i don’t want them” and we got another server who was nice but i started to notice angie staring at us and whispering and giving dirty looks, we were getting annoyed but never said anyth drinks and help us if we needed anything and she was left to take care of us and not once did she came back to ask if we were doing okay or refills or anything and it was a slow night she was just sitting on her phone talking to another server. Unfortunately, this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Everything was dry and tough, as if the food had been pre-made. Both the boneless and traditional wings were lacking moisture and tenderness, the dry rub didn’t adhere to the wings at all, and the so-called Nashville sauce tasted more like Cholula hot sauce. We paid over $60 for this meal. At Chili's, for about $40, you can get much better food and drinks. If you’re craving wings, I suggest going to Wingstop; it’s pricier but much better, even if it's not perfect. We won't be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings.
Stopped in for the Michigan v Ohio State football game. Almost every seat in the place was filled. The manager greeted us as soon as we came in, and the pleasant waitstaff seemed to always be circling every few minutes to attend to whatever was needed. Exceptional job for being so busy!
Our kids love, Buffalo wild wings. This was our first time going to this location. Honestly whenever we go, we’re usually prepared to wait since we typically go further Bogo the service was extremely fast we were expecting our food as quickly as it came. Our waitress was phenomenal.

This location is terrible! They frequently mess up the orders and struggle to pack all the items correctly. It's clear that customer service and order accuracy are not priorities here.
I usually order online and they have always had my order ready at pickup time. Just please check your order to make sure the sides you chose (ex. Dressings, veggies, etc) are in there!
The pickup order service was slow, lacking a sense of urgency, and the staff were dismissive.
This place has stepped up from the past few years. Love the boneless wings and the bird
