It sucks because we didn't check the reviews before coming assuming it has to be decent like any other experience we've had at bww. when we came it was not busy at all. But I ended up having to wipe our table and chairs down. I started with just the high chair but soon realized the table and chairs were dirty too. Then our waters came with stuff floating in it. And the final straw was my husband's beer came with what we're assuming is leftover oranges or something. We had to leave and while the server was apologetic it really felt unacceptable.
second time on this terrible situation. my debt that I did not learn from the first experience as well as all other negative comments. the personal here is müll. the manager frank has no healthy sense. Eat is bad and comes cold. I'm very difficult to dissatisfie. this place must close. I will never eat here again and for the owner: I have seen her answer on bad reviews. I filled the form on the website already after the first terrible experience. nothing has been done. So they take this evaluation and look at the closure.
Made several bad changes recently. The lunch salad I'd always get usually had crispy chicken subbable for the grilled, it's now a $3 upcharge. My drink of choice Diet Mtn Dew is now gone, and all takeout orders have an extra $1 tacked on. Used a birthday free coupon and it cost extra from the takeout charge. A lot of little things that added up to a bad experience. The staff and service have always been fine for us, just the policy/menu changes that have hurt.
This is by far the worst customer service restaurant I’ve ever been to. I was dumb enough to try again on carry out and they forgot to give me half my order. Never coming here again or ordering online. I know you may be hungry or desperate for wings at some point in the afternoon but I’m telling you.. this is not the place! This was overall pretty disappointing. The everything pretzel bites were ok but we're burnt and the cheese was not fresh. Wings: the Parmesan garlic sauce tasted like a nasty salad dressing instead of the dry rub it should be. Mild was pretty good but strange. The carrots were so small and barely anything. Service was a bit slow and it took a long time to get 10 wings one of which was a tiny nugget.
Worst experience of my life, this place is so racist. Practically, if you 're not white. Might as well stay away. My experience was seeing other white families get their food, even water before i could even get napkins. I sat for 1 hour waiting for my food and water. They never arrived. So I decided to leave. Disappointment of a establishment, if you don 't want to serve, why not shut down?
overall bad experience. for one, I've never seen our waitress talk us out of a food item, as it would take too long. but it gets more strange. all our foods came out 20 minutes a piece so nobody had eaten together. my food came out cold. also they, where ice sacks on dirty floor and pour into the pop machine. icy machine is probably broken, but no need of dirty ice I'm good.
it took about 15 minutes to sit, which was good. we ordered wings and a side of fries. it's over 50 minutes and we haven't got our food yet. I would not recommend this place. the waiting time is ridiculous for wings and I wouldn't come back. I should have read the other star reviews first. here's müll. Book a table now
Never got our wings because our server, Michaela, never put them in. I asked to speak to the manager, Nicholas, who came over asking if we had a question, because Michaela didn't explain the situation. The manager only removed a queso dip from our bill. Wouldn't recommend coming to this BBW.
