Orders were messed up. Service was not good. We had to ask for napkins (wings are messy! shouldn't those be a given? we had to ask, more than once, for silverware. Tables around us were covered in dirty dishes from diners who had already left; they remained the entire time we were there... 3 different tables, we were there for quite awhile. Our appetizer dishes were never cleared from the table. Just a poor experience all the way around. Would not recommend this location to anyone. They were not busy and 3 different wait staff came to our table so they didn't appear to be short staffed.
had a great meal at buffalo wild wings in leesburg, va. tonight with my friend. a little after eating in the air. each meal came out exactly as it was ordered with me, with some modifications and in a timely wise. our waiter wants, was extremely attentive, very friendly and at the point. he led me in my choice of what I ordered, and he did our experience that you can remember. we will certainly come back to be helped by willing and enjoy them so excellent eating again! Many thanks that we enjoy our Wednesday evening so much! I hope to see her soon!
My husband bought two different type of wings and 2 sandwiches! The sandwiches were not so bad but the wings were super dry! I understand it's not easy to pack wings in a box but even pizza hut makes sure they add some sauce when packing. Anyways, I don't think it was worth getting wings from here! I was expecting delicious wings considering they're famous for their wings ????
let me begin this time with the service 5 stars for the service we had a very pleasant waiter, she was really patient and got our orders right and was very pleasant, thank you for that. we visited friends in the city and just a pulse visit .. place was not busy we happy wing as usual and ordered some drinks.
