I want to start by saying that the owner of this restaurant franchise is entirely missing in action. There’s only one waitress, and while she’s doing her best with a smile, I can only imagine how overwhelmed the kitchen staff must be. The owner really needs to take responsibility for leaving his team in such a challenging situation, and honestly, he should consider having his franchise ownership revoked. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would—one star feels like too much. Please don’t waste your time here; choose a different place to eat. This isn’t just a one-time issue, and I’m hoping to help you avoid a frustrating experience.
Unless you sit at the bar here you're not going to get prompt service or your order correct. I probably wouldn't recommend eating here just based on the high price of wings for what you get and the chicken sandwich was a bit of a joke because it was so small it could have been two chicken nuggets beside each other, and I guess Nashville hot means to very small reaper peppers. The bartender is extremely nice and very attentive though. I think if this place with staffed a little bit better food could get out of the kitchen quicker.
We tried to visit the restaurant during our one-hour lunch break today, which is a Sunday. Unfortunately, we were told there was a 30 to 45 minute wait due to a shortage of servers. First of all, it’s the weekend! These are usually your peak times—Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Sunday afternoons and late evenings, along with regular customers and major sports seasons. They really need to improve their management or think about closing if they can't keep up with the demand.
Why didn't they have the Orange Chicken wing flavor when I was here? I ordered it and I was told that I no longer had it because of some sort of limited time menu item, and that maybe the menu just wasn't updated. Well the next time I went to my local Buffalo Wild Wings back where I live, I was able to get that flavor no problem. Were they just out of that flavor at this location? If you were just out, you could have just told me that.

I ordered wings, fries, and onion rings to go. My food was ready when I arrived, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I got home, everything was hot and delicious. I tried three different flavors of wings, and they were all so flavorful. Thank you! As always, I will definitely be back.
Bless the hearts of these people who work hard. They're very close. I wanted to go, I just felt so bad for the stay, but my husband really wanted to stay. We left a big tip and a clean table. The terrace was closed and many other sections. There were only 3 servers and the bar call.
The food is fantastic, just like always! We really enjoy sitting at the bar. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly!

Despite being short-staffed, they managed the situation remarkably well, and we received our food promptly.
I ordered takeout and they actually gave me uncooked chicken wings straight from the kitchen.
