Buffalo Wild Wings, at Ala Moana, has decided the customer should do all the work and then have to tip 18%. They are under staffed. You have to use the QR code, then select what you want, upload your credit card, and pay thru the app. I felt bad for the servers as all they do is deliver food. BUT you have to tip them 18%. That's a poor business practice. The staff, who I talked with, are also unsatisfied with the situation. I no longer recommend this particular location unless of course you want an isolated experience and basically just have food delivered with a poor atmosphere.
