I dined at this restaurant with my family and had a disappointing experience. We waited about 40 minutes to be seated, and once we were at our table, we noticed that it was dirty and the floor was covered in food and paper. The chairs were sticky, but we sat down anyway. Unfortunately, we were never attended to and waited at the table for a long time without anyone coming to take our order. Eventually, we decided to leave. I won't be returning to this establishment; it's clear they're short-staffed, and I don't understand why they're accepting dine-in customers when there's no one available to serve them.
We only found high-top tables available in the bar area on a Sunday afternoon, which was challenging for us since we had our kids with us, and they struggle with those types of tables. The bathrooms were in poor condition; they were dirty and all the toilet paper dispensers were empty, with just some rolls left sitting on top in a few stalls. Overall, the place felt dingy and uninviting. There's another Buffalo Wild Wings in Willoughby that's much cleaner, so we'll be heading there from now on.
Hadn't been here in a long time! mostly because of the price of the wings! But on a basketball night this place was almost empty!! And I see why, I stood at the register for nearly without anyone saying a word to me, and the young girl came right up to register, swiped a card, typed something into it and walked away without as much as a hello! there was only one individual so she was busy just rude! Food tasted just warm!! not enough sauce on the wings!!
Food is B-Dubs, it's not gonna blow your mind as the best BW3s on the planet. However, I do drive farther to go to this one rather than the one in Cleveland Heights because they're more liable to get my order right and quick. Good for takeout, I recommend strongly. More for corporate than anything, but what's with the new tiny ranch cups for ants?

This is the WORST place to go for food. NO customer service, cleanliness or food. The bar area was just as bad. We were there for 30 minutes and got the following. The staff said and I quote we have one cook and we are working take out orders. We don 't have time to cook the order .
To be honest I'm surprised at lunch this place is even open. And cold as outside. Had to put my jacket back on. No one was friendly. Kinda dirty for being open at lunch and there might have been 10 ppl in there. But props to cook. Everything done right and hot.
I wanted to dine in and use the coupons I received via email. Although I had the app, I wasn't sure how to place an order for dining in. I went back to my car but felt uncertain about what to do next. Eventually, I decided to leave.
Food took way too long to prepare. My wife's chicken wrap was way beyond the acceptance of salty. It was terrible. Same awith my boneless wings. AWFUL!. Do not come here. The salty food sucks!!

Terrible service. Nobody in the place. Took almost an hour to get our food. Had to refill my own drink. Had to ask for the bill so we could leave. Don't go here.
Service and wait time is only bad do to lack of employees. Our server did great but wait times were horrible. Food was great.
