Four of us went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Webster, NY this afternoon. There was a bogo special on the boneless wings which we took advantage of. My order of parmesan garlic wings was coated with some kind of breading that was tough to chew, along with tasting like chopped cardboard. Same with my friend 's orders. The sauce was practically tasteless. I got a side of cajun sauce which tasted like some cold medicine. It was my first visit to this chain. It took an hour and a half to receive my food and then left my card out for everyone to see. Really unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Bartender left my card in register, ran around and then took another guy's card and charged it while mine was sitting there. They also over charged me. It was supposed to be buy one and get half off and they charged me less than half off of the Wings. Then manager was very condescending tone and tried to empress me.in front of the whole bar. They had lots.of flies and Bartender and Manger used their bare hands to put fruit in drinks.etc. worst experience. Manager was very disrespectful to me.
UPDATE: This is hands down the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location I have ever been to. Been here three times in the past week, and all three times they have been out of onion rings. The tables are not wiped down between customers and are absolutely disgusting. The idiots that manage this location are totally incompetent and should be fired.Grill was closed a half hour before closing, so no burger I came here from Midtown for, just stuff from the fryer. Ordered fries, wings, onion rings, and a drink. Surprise! They’re out of onion rings. Clowns, if you say you close at 10, close at 10–not 9:45, or 9:30, or 9:15.
Food good as always. Love their fried pickles. Can 't get those anywhere else. But the place itself was falling apart. They had leaky ceiling pipes and a huge trash can under it. We were sat right next to the work of art . It wasn 't a pleasent sight nor feeling. Then were seated at this table that was not properly cleaned. I asked the host to have the table cleaned again and he caught an attitude. If you are not happy with your job, move on. Overall, we had a good time and our server was a very pleasant person. That made up for it.

I sat with a water and mixed limonade from the bartender while I was still sweating on 8/7/22. absolutely shameful that buffalo wild wings management or do it here would keep under these conditions. Are they looking for their team members?! they are all sweating and while they try to keep a smile to serve customers. the employees have to take care of it.

Service is really bad. All they do is chitchat among themselves and keep everyone waiting. Had to wait 15 mins to be seated because the server decided to chat with her friend. Had to wait 20 mins to pay the bill because the server decided use her phone instead. Visit this place if you want to feel unwanted.
ac was broken. workers were sweaty and moved. Dry wings were spiced. when we tried to exchange the employment of the manager, it was terrible, so we just left.
