Unfortunately what should be their namesake, Buffalo, leaves much to be desired. When BWW first came on the scene, food was great, vibe was great, service was great. Not sure what happened but over the years they have progressively gone downhill. Just came from there and they had to move a bunch of tables to accommodate a large party. When I looked over the floor was just littered with paper and god knows what else. Had they been busy and just behind on cleaning I would have understood. But there were at best 6 tables with people at them and lots of people walking around aimlessly. Perhaps their masks were covering their eyes and they didn’t see how dirty the floor was. had been kept by an open table. we stood there for 10 minutes without seeing workers. Finally, someone found and told him we had 10 minutes ago reservations. he informed me that they did not make reservations. After about 20 minutes we finally talked to the manager. he said that they do not make any reservations in the rule (we always make reservations here,) but they would put us. more than half of the restaurant was empty, so everyone was waiting was confused. this place needs guidance.
we use here an open table to reserve every day space in the line. when we arrived there, there was an hour waiting, but we were immediately due to reservation.
service was super slow. I wanted to give bw3 a chance and make it my place. the service lasted long. eating was not at the level I should be bw3.

The carry out system is completely broken! MAKE sure you check your bags twice for the correct itemsThey always seem to be short staffed.
This Buffalo Wild Wings was typical of other BWWs that we have been to in the pastWe were in for Thursday night football.
The food was good and the staff were very nice. It always seems to take a long time to get the food, but it was tasty.
was there to watch CFP game. Audio was on but could not hear. Need better sound system.
