I took my children out for Easter dinner, and my experience was quite disappointing. My 21-year-old daughter, who has a valid passport, was denied a margarita. The manager insisted that she needed a state ID to accompany the passport. It's hard to believe that someone in that position could make such a mistake or be so poorly trained on acceptable forms of ID. Definitely will check every bit of my order before leaving. First, NO RANCH NO CELERY/CARROTS with our boneless wings! Second, no chocolate or caramel syrup on the “loaded” ice cream ! Third I unfortunately forgot to add the appetizer I wanted so Imade a second order it was cold and sitting on the back I had to return inside to retrieve it . Fourth the entire meal (2 10piece wing meals with fries all cold didn’t have any heat to it (warmth it’s sat on a shelf with no warmer even my icecream desert was left on the shelf in a bag to melt. Very disappointed as I could of spent half the cost ordering from a pizzajoint for what I paid for to take home tonight . I feel I just wasted $40

I made a reservation well in advance, but when we arrived, the hostess told us that they didn't accept reservations. She mentioned that she had never seen the online portal on OpenTable and informed us that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes, as there was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant during one of the biggest football games of the year (the AFC Championship). If you're in the area, I recommend saving yourself the hassle and heading down the road to Wings, Etc.
We haven't ever been before and my fiance got 10 traditional wings and they were bloody. The waitress told us that this is the 4th time this evening that it happened. The gentleman behind us had to have his food remade and they said his meal was free. Wespoke to a manager and we were given 8 dollars off and told that they were suppose to be pink. We will not go back and I will becalling their corporate office
So many workers and the manager walking around and there is a line out the door and nobody is helping them as we’re sitting here for our to-go order for 10 mins on a large fry. They weren’t understaffed tonight. Just nobody wanted to help. Book a table now
We went in a Friday might at 6 pm.. it was very busy and the noise level was through the roof. Our waitress was very busy and had a hard time making it back over to us to check and refill drinks. The food was great, no complaints there
