Avoid ordering from here after 10 PM! We had food delivered by DoorDash at 10:15 PM on a Tuesday night and ordered wings, a double cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, and potato wedges with chili. Half of our order was missing, the burger had unnecessary jalapeños added, and the bun was hard. The chili on the potatoes was so old that it was completely dried out and cracked like a desert. I received a refund from DoorDash for the missing items and contacted the restaurant the next day when they opened (they were closed when we received our food, clearly indicating a lack of effort to prepare fresh meals). I have always enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings, but I was let down by this location on two separate occasions. The first time I picked up my boneless wings right on time, but when I opened the box later, they were barely warm and lacked sauce (please see the photo included). I raised my concerns, and they generously offered me enough Blazin' Rewards to get more boneless wings for free. However, when I picked up these new wings, they were even drier than the first batch! I decided not to complain again, as it seems that quality issues are not addressed here. If you enjoy wings that are dry and only slightly warm, this might be the right place for you!
I LOVE B-Dubs! But I was SO sad when I finally got home to enjoy it with my family....there literally was NO sauce mixed with the wings. Like non! You can't even taste any sauce on it! I was so bummed! I know I did not just spend over $120 somethingbucks for my wings to not even be coated with sauce! I mean, that's what you're known for! And if there was, ya'll are greedyand need to fix ASAP! I didn't even get my celery sticks or baby carrots! Which it states, that's comes with party orders.Dissatisfied and disappointed. ????
Stopped in while traveling. Came in late night for end of the night drinks and wings. Restaurant was clean, being cleaned whole time I was here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even while cleaning, very attentive and fast. Drinks were cold and good,wings were great! That Mango Habanero definitely has a bite to it. Every sport or game that I could want was on, very upbeat,relaxing place to stop. I appreciate this after being on the road all day, driving 500+ miles. My go-to place, wherever I am,Thanks!!!
