The food here is fantastic and reasonably priced! I can't stop raving about how delicious the nachos are! We ordered online as soon as the restaurant opened, and there was an hour wait for pickup, but that wasn't an issue. The restaurant is clearly understaffed, so it's hard to blame the employees. The staff members who are there are incredibly helpful and friendly! Despite undoubtedly having tough days from taking on extra work, they always remain courteous and provide service with a smile. They are the main reason I'm giving this place 5 stars. I just wish the management would take charge so that the hardworking staff doesn’t have to push themselves so much.
I visited this restaurant last night, and unfortunately, far too many things went wrong for me to list them all. It became almost amusing by the end. To summarize, I didn’t receive all the items I ordered, everything was piled together on a single tray, the food was cold, and getting help was a struggle. I was quite disappointed with my recent order. They forgot to include the celery and blue cheese, the sodas were flat, and the fries were cold and hard. The wings were only lukewarm. On the bright side, my delivery driver was excellent, which indicates that the issues were on the restaurant's side. I feel I could have found better quality food for a lower price elsewhere.
The boneless wings were dry and served ice cold. Additionally, the option to have the sauce on the side needs to be clearer. It is mentioned next to the ranch option, which is confusing. I expected my ranch to be on the side, but instead, all the wing sauce was served separately.

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant and waited for 40 minutes for someone to take my order, but no one ever came. The service was very disappointing.
This is a great restaurant with excellent service. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.
