Stopped in to redeem the free wings coupon since it’s my birthday, and I regret it. Will preface by saying I’ve worked in a restaurant very recently, and know how things can be during the pandemic, but: there was hardly anywhere to sit since all of the tables were dirty, but primarily our food took forever and our server wasn’t that great at all. It took thirty minutes to get six wings and a small side of fries, and she never came to let us know the status of our food or anything. When she did reappear, it was after I approached the bar to try and pay for my drink just so I could leave, no longer wanting the food. Food was really quite bad. came here with my daughter for the first time. we ordered a sampler as an appetizer. the wings were dry.. they almost tasted re-heated. mozzarella sticks were cold. nachos were soggy. the onion rings were decent. my daughter had the chicken tenders and fries, she liked the fries, but the tenders were chewy. i had the Nashville chicken sandwich, the chicken was juicy and tender. but there was so much sauce and other pickled things on it I hardly taste the chicken. Great customer service by Brice. He had a great attitude. He was taking care of bar area and regular dining area and had a pleasant attitude. He brought me a sample sauce to try before I ordered my wings to make sure I liked it. He also made sure that we were never out of drinks. We will come back again.
$15 dollars for a bag of letters and one chicken tender piece. Over priced, and the other food was cold. The MAnager has no idea how to run a kitchen or a Restaurant. If you don't want to waste your money and have inadequate services, don't come to this place.
