I’m sorry but Buffalo Wild Wings in Williston was absolutely terrible, I did an online order at 1:20 today, pickup time was 1:50pm. I got there at 2 and it still wasn’t done, nobody was up front to help anyone, the place was a mess and many customers were unhappy. I didn’t get my food until 3:00pm. Nobody helped or reassured me BUT ONE LADY! They kept glaring at me every time I would try to ask for help. I know they’re under staffed but that is no way to treat customers. I’m done coming here until there’s new management or better staff.
Took 20 min for a server to come say Hi and take a drink order. The older lady bartender wouldn’t serve us but got after a young girl to get to us. She brought me a beer and I ordered my food. Waited 45 min. Got fed up and tried to pay for my beer. Girl couldn’t even come back to take my **** payment. Saw at least 5 FOH staff members. It was a virtually empty restaurant. It didn’t seem like a staffing issue but maybe a training one. Will never return.
Went in and seated at the bar. Our waitress was very good and kept up with how we were doing. I was sitting with 2 other and when our meal came my order fell onto the ground. No big deal, they re-fired my order but then was treated to my burger and yesterday old fries. Ove never left this place more disappointed than tonight. Waitress was nice to comp my meal and the appetizer tho
30-40 minutes waiting for our food because they had to regain my burger and our fries were almost cold when we finally got our food. then we waited 20 minutes or so for our cake and ice and the waitress brought it to go because they closed? that was good. I doubt we will go back to this special restaurant.
