a table reserved for 8. had a walk in table of 8 sat before me and then they wanted me (who had a reservation) to sit on two 4 tops. the person that sits us said they don't go with reservations. so we had to crawl together for our party while the walks got a nice long table. then rub a little salt in the wound. our waitress was awfully rude. I was so excited that bdubs came to jackson, but not sure I'll ever go back. that was also my birthday. thanks for nothing bdubs
do not expect to reserve a table in this bw, I found out that after I went to check and was said we do not make any reservations here! thought that was strange when there is nothing on the web site says that they do not, if it is not for the hostess scrambling, do what she could and she got us table, she said that she tells about this problem, but they have done everything. that was a bit embarrassing, because I had a table for nine and had told everyone we had kept.
I had the best dining experience in at least 3 years at this restaurant. Our server, Captain Jack Sparrow, was exceptional. He was friendly, funny, and attentive to our needs, making us feel like we were his top priority. So many other servers and restaurants have fallen short, but this place exceeded all expectations. This is now the only restaurant in Jackson where I have had a positive experience, and I plan on dining here exclusively for future nights out.

had online booking for a low table to see basketball; was sitting on a hi-top table and it was difficult to see the games played. the food lasted too long to get and then the order was wrong; did not want to wait longer for eating, so she said to forget it...not a good experience.:
Just got 20 boneless wings and they are so tough we threw them in the garbage. They were very cold so we put them in our microwave and they still were terrible. Seems to use they were leftovers from the night before and paid for 20 and only got 19. Very disappointed.
Tried to have lunch here today 6/29/22 the waitress {took about 30 minutes to take our order and I'm still waiting on the food 45 minutes later if your in a hurry better try somewhere else
The guy bartender there is amazing, best service I’ve ever had anywhere and the best tasting drinks ever, even the beer that Josh pours taste better Book a table now
