The quality of the food has significantly declined. I ordered a buffalo chicken ranch wrap, and there were only a few small pieces of chicken throughout. It was mostly filled with shredded cheese—honestly, who wants that much cheese in a wrap? It looked nothing like the picture on the menu, and they clearly no longer prioritize presentation. I understand that Buffalo Wild Wings isn't a fine dining establishment, but they could still make an effort to serve food better than just tossing a cheese-filled wrap onto a metal pan with fries scattered around. The only redeeming aspect of my visit was the service; our waitress, Baylee, did an excellent job.
I visited the restaurant late at night around 10 PM with five children and two adults. Sean was our server, and he was incredibly attentive. Everything we ordered arrived exactly as requested. We had no complaints about the service or the food. Typically, I come here on Sundays with just my partner, and the service can be a bit overwhelming. However, this time was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to return. No complaints at all!
The fries have a perfect taste and texture, and the onion rings are crispy with tasty breading. The smashed burger is flavorful and offers plenty of customization options. The honey barbecue wings I ordered were delicious. Our delivery person, Mandy, was friendly and exceptional.
The wings are consistently amazing, and the driver was really quick with the delivery, even though I chose the longest route to save some money!

when eating in this restaurant service is slow. at the order on door dash the restaurant has about a 40% chance to make its order right.

Burgers are always great here as are fries and onion rings. Wings and available sauces have great assoment to chose from
