I visited Buffalo Wild Wings today to pick up my order at 7 PM, and the staff member there seemed overwhelmed due to the busy atmosphere. He was taking orders from other customers and answering phone calls, which left us waiting for about 15-20 minutes, even though all we needed to do was pay. He was aware of our presence, but it wasn't until my sister asked if she could pay that he finally acknowledged us. I believe it's unacceptable to have only one person working during peak hours at night; there were at least five other customers waiting as well.
I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to celebrate my cousin’s birthday with a large group of 15. Our server seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping us. When the manager came over, he appeared overwhelmed and was also rude. We asked for refills, and he brought pineapple juice straight from the can, without even a cup or ice. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Be cautious—this manager clearly lacks customer service skills!
The food was tasty, and the prices were quite reasonable. The staff was very friendly, though they could be a bit slow to check on us at times. I found it interesting that the restaurant is located in what appears to be an old bank vault. Overall, it's a great spot to relax with friends and enjoy watching sports.
I’ve always had great experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is reliably tasty, and the staff is outstanding. Even though I don’t go often, I always enjoy myself whenever I do.
