Terrible. The young and odd hostess told me to calm down and then threw my order at me in front of 2 very nice customers who were waiting for their welted lettuce chicken sandwich. These kids can dish out attitude and can't provide good and respectful service anymore. The young man had no idea what was going on and seemed to be confused. I am Latino and these kids give us a horrible name!!! They told me fries would take 15 minutes; just tell me the cooks forgot the order! Thanks, won't be coming here again and the other several people who were impacted by this won't be dining with you either! Terrible.
I haven't visited this location in over two years due to a bad experience in the past, and it's disappointing to see that nothing has improved. We had a party of 12 this time, but even with half of the restaurant empty, we were told we would have to wait over an hour. The excuse of low staffing has been a frequent justification here for several years. At this point, it reflects poor management rather than just staffing issues.
I places a order on their app. Requesting a specific pick up time. My order was 25 minutes late being ready. Granted, it was Super Bowl, but, we've had 50 Super Bowls and this location has been established for 20 years. So they've have had plenty of time to get their act together. If you can't have a order ready at a particular time, then, don't offer that option.
Not acknowledged by the host, went and sat at the bar. Bartender didn't bring me a menu, had to ask. Ordered wings and a beer, got no napkins until I was halfway through my plate. Back of bar area was dirty, surfaces not wiped down, wings were fatty and no crispiness and overall service was just plain bad. Sorry I ever went in there.

It was draft night, playoff basketball and hockey. Very busy but waitress bartender was great. Quick and very nice. Update: had very few servers. Only reason not a 3 or lower is because the servers are doing great trying to stay above water. Serving times were a tad longer than should've been, food was good and attitudes were up
I ordered online only to wait 2hrs on my food that was not delivered I had to go to the store in lakewood and they didnt even know what had happen to order shitty as management

Every time I come in the seating is wide open but yet I get told it’s a 30 min wait. The staff in the front is just rude. I won’t eat here anymore.
