Food was wrong, service was horrible! When we tried to voice our concerns the manager was extremely rude and offered no apology let alone some sort of compensation. I mean they literally brought us COLD WING!! My boneless wings were as hard as rocks, they put the wrong sauce on my sons wings, my sister asked for hers to fried hard, after stating that this was the reason our food took almost 45 mins to get when she got them they were warm and rubbery... I would never recommend this location and I will not be returning! I will make the extra drive for better food and service.
when we were there, they acted like we were crazy because we said we were holding up. I showed them the app and they seemed confused and said they knew nothing about it. they spoiled us. but when we sat, we sat there for 10 minutes without anyone even saying hi. we have gone to an end. the hostess who was nice from the beginning (I think it was the manager who was the rude) said I'm sorry. I will never return to this place again.

After being seated, we waited for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. We decided to leave and the hostess, who was initially friendly, apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment.
We made reservations for 2 tables, totaling 12 people, and received confirmation via email that our reservation was confirmed. However, upon arrival, the restaurant claimed they had no record of our reservation. The service was slow even though there were only 3 other tables occupied in the bar area, which was not busy. Additionally, they took a long time to bring us the menus so we could order drinks.

It appears to be an older store on the end of a strip center. It's certainly not the nicest BW's I've been in, it was fine for what we needed, which was just a quick dinner. Service was a little slow, but I think they might have been a little short staffed. But all in all, it was fine. I did discover Asian Zing flavor for my wings, which might be my new favorite! Burger was just OK.

I enjoyed a fantastic meal while watching the game. The service was excellent.
