When the server came to take our order, I said we were ready, but she responded rudely, claiming she had "twenty other things to do." Who would go to Buffalo Wild Wings for a cheeseburger? Well, I certainly did. While everyone knows their chicken wings and various chicken dishes are the main attractions, let's focus on that cheeseburger. I ordered the classic cheeseburger, which features two smash burger patties topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles. It arrived quite quickly and looked nearly identical to the photo on the menu. Unfortunately, it was excessively salted, which made it hard to enjoy the true flavor of the beef. I'm open to giving them another chance, but next time I'll make sure to ask my server to skip the extra salt.

Since the pandemic, I have been eating plant-based and this has reinforced my belief that we should be cautious about supporting restaurants. Every time I visit, Richard, the manager, ensures that I have an outstanding experience! The food is always fresh, the wait is brief, and the customer service is excellent! I've been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings for years, and since Richard took over as manager, I've never encountered any significant problems.
Yesterday, a group of 13 of us had dinner at this restaurant, and I must say, our server Muriel provided outstanding service. The food was delicious, the beer was perfectly chilled, and all the TVs were working flawlessly. What more could you ask for?
