I called this location to place an order to be picked up right before closing. The woman who was taking the order said she was the manager on duty and her name was Jessica. She stated the store closed at 10:45pm. I told her the website and Google both show the location closing at 11pm. She said if I was not there by 10:45pm everything would be thrown out because they lock their doors at 10:45pm. If i could leave zero stars that would still not be a low enough score for this establishment. I have not eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in years. I was looking forward to my Nashville Hot Tenders, my Buffalo sauce califlower, and boneless wings. Nothing had sauce on it, the boneless wings looked like sad McDonald's chicken nuggets. 6 piece 10.00 later. I could have gone to the store and bought a whole bag of chicken nuggets. Never again, will I order from this rip off place. Don't trust their site to order food, the pictures are fake. The finished product is not what it looks like on the menu. Not even close.
This Location really depends on who is working that day. Tall guy behind the desk consistently messes up the order and has terrible customer service. The other young lady that works there is super professional. If you see the tall guy taking your order may as well turn around or you'll get attitude and a messed up order.

I ordered 20 wings from this restaurant and paid extra for all flats. When I opened the first 2 boxes, they were mostly drumsticks with very little meat on them. I also got a side of fries, but within 5 minutes of receiving them, they were already cold. I would not recommend this place.
I lived in Avondale where there is a great BWW. It's about a 20 30 minute drive from where I live now. This location is 3 minutes, but after reading reviews with so much negativity I will be driving to Avondale. Take heed owners, you're losing business.
I arrived around 6:30 to get some work done, but the staff were just standing around. The older waiter seemed to have a job, but lacked intelligence. I prefer when the younger children work on their own.
this situation has bad quality. all I'm driving here are very dry, the fries are done, and they don't have much sauce on the wings. I do not recommend this place.

The 6 Bourbon BBQ Traditional Wings and Regular Potato Wedges were tasty! However, the Mountain Dew Legend was not the most impressive Dew flavor.
I will never order from this restaurant again. I highly recommend that no one orders from here and instead choose another location.
