The restaurant is spacious, clean, and equipped with numerous screens—everything you love about BW3! Tuesdays are especially great for wing lovers, as you can enjoy their half-price wings without overspending. The staff is friendly and eager to go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. When we encountered an issue with one of our orders being served cooler than expected, they promptly replaced it and even allowed us to take the original order home to heat up later! I want to give a big shoutout to Brian, the manager. He was incredibly quick to address the issue I had at the restaurant and made sure I was taken care of. He personally stepped in to resolve the problem promptly. Thank you again to both Brian and the owner for their swift response and corrective actions. They truly turned my experience around, and I look forward to dining here again in the future.
I arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings for my reservation, only to find out it didn't exist. The staff told me they don't take reservations at all, which was quite misleading and caused confusion. However, once I was seated, the restaurant itself was fantastic, and the menu offered a great variety of options.
I rated the buffalo woven wings a 6 or 7. Usually, the customer service is terrible, and the food takes a long time to arrive. However, that wasn't the case this time. During both of my recent visits, the service was quick and the staff was great. The food also arrived at a reasonable pace.

Cold food. Fries old. Tenders horrendous. Tried this one a few times and service was OK. Food just way too cold for a 35 minute wait. Paid for the beverages only. Understaffed for a Saturday dinner service. Filthy tables. Wiped down my own table top
The reservation I made was not found. Upon arrival, I was informed that they don't actually take reservations. This open reservation system feels misleading. However, the restaurant itself was fantastic.
The manager informed us that our reservation was not on OpenTable and that he hadn't made any arrangements for us. He was also rather impolite.
It's a BWW's. Not bad but there is better in the area. My kid loves their boneless wings though so we still go occasionally.
