Our waitress was Cassie and she was wonderful, but outside of that we were very disappointed in every other aspect of our dinner! We try to go there once every couple of months because my wife and I had our first date there!, It's very frustrating because it seems like every time we go there, our food is cold and this time I had several bones that were in our boneless wings counted as our boneless chicken wings. Our 7 year old daughter couldn't even eat them, and boneless wings are usually her favorite food! Please make sure the food is hot and the right sauce is on them and you will have a lot more happy customers!
This Buffalo Wild Wings has consistently been a solid choice for dining, and I truly have very few complaints about the food. I've been here at least a dozen times, and I've only brought up minor issues on two occasions. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is top-notch! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Harrison, OH area or even to out-of-town visitors. While the wings are quite good, my personal favorite is the All-American cheeseburger with bacon. That sandwich is exceptional and always makes my mouth water! I highly recommend giving it a try!
Christina Simendinger is an excellent employee who deserves being management! She is so customer centric and jovial that I will return to this location and tell all my friends to ask for her in future! She made our late night experience the best I have had being bubbly and personable then I have experienced at any b-dubs anywhere! Promote her and visit this location to meet this employee of the year they have there! Thanks for the service!!
We often visit this restaurant, but our last two experiences have been absolutely disappointing. The fries tasted old, as if they had been sitting out for days, and the wings were served cold both times. We drive 20 miles to get here, and it's frustrating to be met with such quality. It's time to step up your game. From now on, we’ll be dining at Chandlers; at least their food is served hot.

On April 5, 2024, we walked in and sat down, but it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive, and it was only lukewarm. We spent $78 for a party of five, and during our wait, three other tables left in frustration. Our waitress appeared to be in tears, and I felt really sorry for her. The poor management and kitchen staff really let us down. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
There has never been a time when our carry out order was correct over the last few years. Last night we were given dry wings with no sauce on them. Instead of correcting the order we were given 4 1oz cups of sauce on the side for 30 wings… Last night was our last time doing business there. Will be going to Wing Stop from now on.
We waited 2 hours for our food and when we did finally get the food it was cold. The manager offered to remake it and then the food was hard! I don't know that I'll ever go back here and this used to be my favorite restaurant!
