This particular location did not live up to my expectations. I get that everyone can have an off day, but my experience went beyond that. I ordered the Asian cauliflower from the app menu, and it arrived without any sauce. The second time, it came with sauce but no toppings, and on the third attempt, I received only a few toppings and was missing the ranch and green onions. I also got the buffalo tots, but they were missing the buffalo powder that I was really looking forward to, which made me hesitant to send them back. My husband's wings were fatty and undercooked. I'm really disappointed, especially since I had been looking forward to these tots for weeks.
The quality of the food has really declined. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Ranch wrap, but there were hardly any pieces of chicken—about 90% of it was just shredded cheese. Seriously, who wants that much cheese in a wrap? It didn’t resemble the image on the menu at all. Additionally, it seems they've lost their flair for presentation. I understand Buffalo Wild Wings isn't fine dining, but there are certainly better ways to present food than just tossing a cheese-heavy wrap onto a metal toaster pan with cold fries haphazardly arranged around it. The one bright spot was the service; our waitress, Baylee, was excellent and did a fantastic job.

The restaurant itself could use some deep cleaning, as it felt a bit dirty. However, our server, Kelley, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and consistently checked on us, which is why I'm giving a solid 4 stars — I even considered 5 stars because of her service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience; the food was delicious, and we had a great time. If they could tidy up the place a little bit — even the menu had some dried ketchup on it — it would be even better. We definitely plan to return soon for the sandwiches!
The restaurant was quite dirty. I was seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned; there were crumbs on the seats, stains on the cushions, and tissues and an unfinished milk left behind. The floors were also very dirty. My food took an exceptionally long time to arrive. I ordered boneless wings, but what I received were small chicken nuggets, and for $9, it looked more like a kids' meal. The only clean area was the bathroom. However, I must say that the food was excellent!
The mozzarella sticks arrived cold and needed to be reheated. The wings tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out too long, with the sauce fully soaked into the cold chicken. While the service was decent, the food at this location was disappointing. It seemed like the cook was more focused on watching TV and drinking Mountain Dew than on properly preparing the meals.
We were warmly welcomed by the hostess as soon as we arrived, setting a positive tone for our visit. However, our server seemed somewhat distracted and wasn’t very attentive, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the food was excellent—big compliments to the kitchen for delivering it hot and quickly. Next time, I might consider ordering takeout!

The bartender was amazing—very attentive and accommodating. It had been ten years since my last visit, but I’ll definitely be back soon! This spot is a must-visit, and I promise you’ll want to come again. The food was delicious and served promptly.
