I showed up for my reservation, was told they do not use Open Table at all, and we had to for a table. Honestly, it was the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. All of the wait staff looked confused and lost the entire time. They would just walk in and out of the back, without food, and never circle to any tables. It took ten minutes for anyone to come talk to ask for our drink order and there were only a handful of people in the restaurant. My husband ordered a beer and it took 15 minutes to get that to the table, and my mixed drink was handed to the wrong table. I ordered the 6-piece boneless wing lunch and specifically requested extra sauce. Unfortunately, my wings were ice cold, and the sauce was burnt. It seems like they haven’t changed their cooking oil in quite some time. I mentioned the issue to my server, who took my food back to the kitchen and simply microwaved it. I didn’t receive any fresh food; in fact, when I cut one of the wings in half to check, it was still cold when he returned it to me. I couldn’t eat any of it. They didn’t offer any discount or refund. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I had never tried buffalo wings before, and I found these to be really tasty, even though they were lukewarm, likely because they had been sitting out for a while before reaching our table. The service was quite slow, although the waitstaff were friendly. My biggest issue was that I had made a reservation days in advance specifically to watch the UFC fights after the manager assured me they would be aired. However, just ten minutes after we arrived, we were informed that the fights weren't being shown.
I decided to go with the basic buffalo chicken wrap, accompanied by a side of chips and salsa. To my surprise, they provided a generous portion of salsa along with plenty of chips. However, the buffalo chicken wrap was mostly filled with tomatoes rather than chicken, and I had to request a side of buffalo sauce because the wrap didn’t contain any. I was quite disappointed. The wings were good, but my advice would be to stick to ordering just the wings. Book a table now
The night bartender was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that all her customers felt appreciated. You definitely need to check her out—she's the best bartender I've ever encountered! Her warm smile and attentive service made the experience enjoyable, and she made sure the food was served hot.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was top-notch, and the food was quite good. While I'm not a fan of wings, I chose to have a burger instead. I visited in the evening, not at noon, in Sunset Hills, St. Louis.
We had a fantastic dinner experience at BWW! Our server was very friendly, the food was served quickly, and everything tasted amazing! I highly recommend the cauliflower wings. We will definitely be returning!
