If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would. My friend and I went here to dinner tonight and were completely embarrassed. We were asked to present our licenses, which we did, and the waitress told my friend that hers wasn’t valid. Her license is not fake, it’s a real license. Would not provide any reasoning as to why they would not take it. Spoke to the manager who also did not explain why they would not take the valid form of identification. Someone dropped off our pop orders and we were then ignored the rest of the night. I tried to make eye contact with the waitress, but she was avoiding our table like we had the Black Plague. She only came to the table when I put my debit card dow...
They seem to mess up my order every time. It is as if the find creative ways to go out of their way to mess my order up every time. Their signature move is to tell you your carry out will be done at a certain time, then finish it 30 minutes early and let it sit under a warmer without notifying you it was done early.Or they simply give you the wrong sauce..I highly recommend against tipping when you pay through the app, I have been burned 100% of the time when I tipped through the app. That leaves you to fear they will not make your food in a timely manner, or may sabotage your meal of they do not see you have pre-tipped. The food is good but the service is often poor. Some waiters are very attentive, but if you get seated in an area with an absentee waiter, you’re in for a long wait while others around you (who came in after you) are getting amply served. Also, some of the hostesses don’t smile and seem clueless. Sorry to say, it’s a poorly run restaurant. Huge contrast with the BWW on Mound and M59. You’ll be warmly greeted immediately and waited on quickly by a friendly and efficient waiter.
our pickup order was delayed by 1h. these people can not rely on what happens, someone has selected our order, no one took care of 20 minutes to help, say it is still in the kitchen and turns out that someone really picked up our order and she took another 40 minutes to make our order. so many screwing in the 1hr we waited not worth every time

they called this place around 10:29 and said they were open to the dunes. As soon as I arrive after 5 minutes from the call, the manager asks me to go and claims that his hired said they were closed for both dive in and through. manager on the worst service and worst associates that they do not want to do their work.
