Buffalos American Steakhouse

This was our second visit to this restaurant in approximately two months, the first visit was amazing the food service was brilliant. Unfortunately on the second visit it was not. We ordered pulled pork nachos to share for our starter, as they were delicious last time. However this time, the cheese was completely unmelted, yes unmelted cheese on nachos the pulled pork was cold. I mentioned this to the waitress who collected our plates, she apologised said she would tell the chef. Then our mains arrived. I had ordered the chilli dog, which was a big thick baguette, with a rather meagre skinny hot dog sausage in (possibly out of a tin) covered in tasteless cold chilli, again with unmelted chee...
