"Based on the publicity, I was expecting so much more. I was excited to bring my friend there as she likes to try different things. Both of us were very disappointed. The food was cold, stale and dry for me and my friend said that her choices were salty and greasy. For 27.99 plus gratuity and tax, it was a waste of money as we barely ate. We won't be back."

Tonight was supposed to start off fun and exciting. I was taking my 11 year old out for mommy daughter date night. The buffet used to be one of my favorite places.. well after the treatment I recieved tonight neither I or my family member or friends will be back.. because word goes around when you are an establishment with **** poor reception staff what a horrible first impression they give. They are rude.. automatically charging us 80$ at the door. My daughter is 11 years old and not the biggest eater. Kids 12 and under used yo be free but now they are over 20 dollars. Then I was questioned how old my daughter was and thry were charging full price as they said she looked older when i said s...

One of our business partner in Montreal invited us for dinner at the des continents in Gatineau location , it is a chain restaurants in Quebec , about 12 of us , very huge area like a staff school cafeteria , variety cuisine from Asian to European , all the station only half stocked , foods hit and miss but very blend and no flavour like it is from a dumpster or pig farm , I have eaten just about every small town in the world , I never like to complained about foods in a small town , I had well over 50 years in the hospitality and catering , restaurants business , I understand many challenges to run a restaurant , the only complain is the OLD lady at the craving station like she just come ba...

Can understand the new policy of paying before eating, but really the tip is included in the price now. Then when you sit down and order drinks you must pay again which includes another tip. The food was bland but the main thing was the chicken wings were not fully cooked. My wife took a bite and looked inside and the wing was raw . only the skin was cooked not the inside. She went to the manager to report this , and it took the manger over 5 minutes to remove the food from the buffet table, while other patrons were taking the wings. Totally unacceptable.

Very disappointed in both the quality of food as well as the fact that you were requested to pay in advance, including a mandatory 12% gratuity before ever sitting down. We ordered a draft beer, which was close to being flat, and it was far from being cold, even though the glasses had been chilled. The buffet itself was mediocre at best. It did have a good number of different foods, but without much, if any quality. For $29.99 plus tax, I expected better. I will not be returning.
