although not vegetarian, bugio eco is one of my favorite restaurants in caxias do sul. the reason for this is the origin of the ingredients (all organic) and the excellent preparation of the dishes, and also because the youngs it super veg-friendly. I had four times a day and the buffet (for which I paid r$ 25.00 for the All-you-can-eat) was mostly vegetarian, except for the fish meat and a homemade cheese.
