Also, das war mit Abstand seit langem mal wieder ein Döner, der mir vorzüglich gemundet hat. Ich wünschte, in Mainz würde es so eine Dönerbude geben, dann wäre ich Stammkunde Nummer eins. Dazu gab’s aufs Haus einen Cay für jeden und 4 Baklava. Genau so stelle ich mir einen Laden vor, famos. Jetzt noch ein paar warme Worte zu dem Goldstück, welches ich geschmaust habe: Das Brot war wunderbar knackig und frisch. Das Kalbfleisch war sehr saftig und geschmackvoll. Das Verhältnis Sauce, Gemüse, Zwiebeln und Fleisch war im ganzen Döner perfekt abgestimmt, bis zum letzten Bissen, was heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich ist. Grandios.
